VP 0.2.9 Beta

New Features

FEATURE ADDED: New Commands

CACHE PROGRAMS - Fetch all layers in all Programs.

CACHE SETUPS - Fetch all zones in all Setups.

These commands allow VP to pre-compute & save VPO files before you need them, so that you will get instant loading of all pages when you eventually want to edit or examine a Setup or Program. Recall, VPO files are saved in the userArea directory.

NOTE: The userArea can be changed by using the command USERAREA <user-area-path>, (e.g. USERAREA C:/Dir1/Dir2/WarpsUserArea)

Suggested use:

• Run these commands overnight.
• To start, put all of your Programs/Setups in a virgin/unedited state. Make sure to load all of your important Programs/Setups.
• Go into SetupMode or ProgramMode.
• Set the Program/Setup number to 0 (type-in 0).
• Execute the respective CACHE PROGRAMS/SETUPS command.
• Let the command run overnight (for example) until it runs through all Programs/Setups in all Banks. (Note that if it "loops around" back to the beginning Program/Setup, it won't hurt anything.)

Bug Fixes: Numerous Bugs were fixed in this version.
